Product Description & Application
AniKleen Sol is a specialty cleaner designed to remove aqueous/UV inks and varnishes from anilox/rubber rollers, blankets and other metal parts.

Usage Instructions
Coating blanket
Apply sufficient amount of AniKleen Sol with a lint free cloth to dilute and remove aqueous and UV varnish from the coating blanket.
Remove the residues with a clean damp cloth or sponge.
Anilox roller
Apply sufficient amount of AniKleen Sol on the roller and spread evenly over the surface. Use a lint free cloth or appropriate brush and gently apply in a circular motion and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the residues with a clean damp cloth or sponge. Rinse any remaining residue with water. Severely clogged rollers may require a second application.
Rubber roller
Pour sufficient amount of AniKleen Sol to loosen the aqueous varnish.
Allow to run for 3-5 minutes at idling speed.
Pour sufficient amount of water to remove the residues by engaging the ducter blade.
Cleaning hard dried aqueous and UV varnishes
For dried/cured deposits on anilox rollers, grippers or any other metal parts, apply sufficient amount of AniKleen Sol and allow it to remain for sufficient time.
Remove the residues with a clean damp cloth or sponge. Rinse any remaining residue with water.
Note : For painted surface ,test the product for suitability on a non-descript area.

Protect from direct sunlight. Store at moderate temperature in dry, well ventilated area. Keep containers tightly closed when not in use. Use of hand gloves is recommended.
