Product Description & Application
CtP Processor Cleaner is a water based cleaner for the plate processor using all types of CtP & analog plates.

Deep cleansing; cleans all the coating stains from the rollers
Usage Instructions
Drain off exhausted developer bath.
Dilute CtP Processor Cleaner with normal water at room temperature (Dilution ratio 1:3).
Don’t change filter at this stage.
Turn on processor & allow solution to circulate in processor for 1 hour.
Now drain & rinse away remaining residue with water.
Remove the rollers from developer section & clean the developer section with fresh water.
Clean developer section roller with fresh water, ensure complete elimination of foam from rollers.
Put the rollers in developer section.
Fill developer section with fresh water & circulate the water for 15 mins.
Ensure that traces of processor cleaner should not remain in the developer section.
Drain the water from developer section.
Replace the filter.
Refill the bath with fresh developer.

Protect from direct sunlight. Store ∙below 30 °C in dry, well-ventilated area. Keep containers tightly closed; when not in use. Use of hand gloves is recommended.
