Product Description & Application
EconoWash KR is a general-purpose, water miscible blanket and roller wash.
Features & Benefits

Ensures thorough cleaning without damaging the rubber surface.

Dries completely without leaving a greasy residue.
Forms an efficient emulsion when mixed with water to enable single step cleaning of gum, lint, fluff and other water-soluble glaze build-up.
Usage Instructions
Blankets
:
Apply wash directly with a cloth or sponge to dilute and remove the ink layer. Wipe away the loosened particles with a clean cloth or sponge. Wipe the blankets with a damp cloth or sponge to remove paper lint and fluff accumulation.
Inking Rollers
:
Pour a small quantity of the concentrate solution using a squeeze bottle and allow the press to run. Fix the gutter blades and pour a liberal amount of wash to rinse away the loosened ink. Follow up with one application of water to remove the lint, fluff and water-soluble material.
Storage, Handling & Packaging

Storage & Handling
:
Protect from direct sunlight. Store at moderate temperatures in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep the containers tightly closed when not in use. The use of gloves is recommended while handling petroleum hydrocarbon based press washes.
Shelf-life
:
12 months from the date of manufacture.
Packing
:
20 & 210 litres.
Precautions
:
Keep away from sources of heat, sparks, open flames and static electricity charges. Post wash-up application of plain water is recommended as a finishing step for complete removal of the residue.
