Product Description & Application
Fount System Cleaner is concentrate alkaline cleaner, designed for removal of organic growth, scale and deposits of dried inks and paper dust in fount circulation systems. Fount System Cleaner is recommended as a preventive maintenance product for periodic cleaning of the damping system.

Non-solvent alkaline solution.
Effectively cleans dried ink and paper dust from the circulating damping systems.
Removes bacteria, fungal growth and bad odour.
De-congests the pipes and elbow joints from deposits of ink, paper lint, fluff and other build-up.
Regular use prevents choking of the pipes.
Usage Instructions
Dilute Fount System Cleaner with clean water in the ratio 1:9.
Fill the pre mixed solution sufficiently in the fount reservoir to allow free circulation.
Adequate circulation is recommended for the solution to effectively clean and de-congest the system.
Remove the exhausted solution and rinse the system thoroughly with plenty of fresh water.
Under normal conditions, weekly cleaning cycle is recommended as a part of the preventive maintenance programme.
Cleaning efficiency will depend on regularity in cleaning cycle.
More frequent cleaning is recommended in case of excessive bacterial build-up.

Store at moderate temperatures in a dry, well-ventilated area. Protect from direct sunlight. Keep the containers closed when not in use. The use of gloves and goggles is strongly recommended while handling Fount System Cleaner.
