Product Description & Application
LubRoll is a premium, lubricating solution in liquid form for dry running units for an offset press.
Features & Benefits

Compatible with conventional inks; hence eliminates the need to clean rollers post usage

Reduces press down time; charging of ink on this unit is possible without cleaning the residues of LubRoll
Excellent lubrication property, gives optimum protection; ideal for high speed presses also
Helps prevent roller damage; primary function is to reduce heat built up and friction; recommended to use temperature measuring laser gun for validation
Usage Instructions

Clean the rollers using regular press wash up solvent

Apply LubRoll; pour directly on the top roller of ink train from user friendly container
Run the press at idling speed to ensure even coverage
Add more if the roller train is not evenly covered or as required.
Start printing
When dry unit is to be used for printing, charge the ink without wash up unless using light/critical colour

Protect from direct sunlight. Store at moderate temperature in dry, well-ventilated area. Keep containers tightly closed when not in use. Use of hand gloves is recommended
