NovaKleen is an emulsion cleaner and scum remover for non-sensitised aluminium plates.
Features & Benefits

Ready-to-use solution.

Rapidly removes scum and ink from the plate surface.
Controlled emulsion to suit easy application.
Easily removed with water.
Usage Instructions
Shake the container vigorously to re-disperse the solvent phase and the aqueous phase of the emulsion.
Apply gently over the areas to be cleaned using clean lint-free cloth or sponge.
Buff down and wet wash the applied areas with a damp sponge.
Desensitise the plate with gum and buff down.
For best results, use on damp plate surface.
Storage, Handling & Packaging

Storage & Handling
:
Protect from direct sunlight. Store at moderate temperatures in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep the containers tightly closed when not in use. The use of gloves is strongly recommended while handling petroleum hydrocarbon based cleaners.
Shelf-life
:
12 months from the date of manufacture.
Packing
:
1 & 5 litres.
Precautions
:
Keep away from sources of heat, sparks, open flame and static electricity charges. NovaKleen should not be left on the image areas without buffing down for prolonged periods. Post wash-up with water ensures best results. Not recommended for use with presesitised plates.
