Product Description & Application
NovaWash DP is a dual-purpose roller and blanket wash-up solution for UV curing and/or Paste inks.
Features & Benefits
Excellent ink solvency; for enhanced productivity.
High flash point (>62oC); conforms to AIII standards.
Suitable for both manual and automatic wash-up; ease of use.
Water emulsifiable and washable; for single step cleaning.
Recommended as general cleaner for UV inks, varnishes and oil base inks.
Dries completely without leaving greasy residues; for reduced wastages.
Usage Instructions
Blankets
:
Apply with a damp cloth or sponge to dilute and remove the ink layer. Remove the residue with a clean damp cloth or sponge. Finish with water application and wipe dry.
Inking Rollers
:
Automatic – As per machine manufactures instructions.
Manual Apply wash from a squeeze bottle to loosen the ink film.
Fix wash up blade and finish with water.

Storage, Handling & Packaging
Storage & Handling
:
Store at moderate temperature in dry, well ventilated area, away from sunlight. Always keep the containers tightly closed when not in use. The use of hand gloves is recommended.

12 months from the date of manufacture.

Precautions
:
Store away from sources of heat, sparks, open flames and static electricity charges. The use of gloves or barrier cream is strongly recommended while handling press washes.
