Product Description & Application
NovaWash Premium is a high-end blanket & roller wash with medium drying and water miscible properties.
Features & Benefits

Safe on unbaked CtP and analog plates for zero plate cancellation.

Forms emulsion when mixed with water to enable single step cleaning of gum, lint, fluff and other water-soluble glaze build-up.
Contains solvents to break down deposits of varnish, resin and pigment from the ink and hold them in suspension.
Ensures thorough cleaning without damaging the rubber surface.
Dries completely without leaving greasy residue.
Absence of aromatic contents reduces the possibility of skin and eye irritation under normal usage conditions.
Usage Instructions
Blankets
:
Apply the concentrate solution with a damp cloth or sponge to dilute and remove the ink layer. Remove the residue with a clean damp cloth or sponge. Finish with water application and wipe dry.
Inking Rollers
:
Apply concentrate wash from a squeeze bottle to loosen the ink film. Fix the gutter blades and apply NovaWash Premium pre-mixed with 15% ~ 30% water from a separate squeeze bottle. It cleans ink as well as water-soluble components in a single application. Use of separate squeeze bottles ensures controlled consumption and minimal skin contact.

Storage & Handling
:
Store at moderate temperatures in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight. Keep the containers tightly closed when not in use. The use of gloves is recommended.
